Shape of Movement is a method, not just a brand. Every coach on our team uses the same framework in their sessions, so you get a consistent, professional approach no matter who you train with.
We always start with a structured warm up, mobility, and strength block designed to build a basic athletic body for both adults and kids. This foundation improves joint health, coordination, and control, so your body is ready for anything.
Once that base is in place, each trainer personalises the session around your main goal — a specific skill (like handstands, flips, calisthenics strength, or dance), better performance in your sport, or simply moving and feeling better in daily life.
The purpose
The purpose of the Shape of Movement method is more than just better performance. It’s about building a strong, capable body, a clearer mind, and a genuine love for moving.
